Be a key member in charge of administrative matters, working closely with all departments and handling day to day operations of HR functions and duties including recruitment & selection, employee relations, orientation programs, staff welfare, payroll processing and providing general administrative support.

Requirements
- ○ Candidate must possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management or higher.
- ○ Possess a minimum of 2 years working experience in a related field, or equivalent knowledge level.

Responsibilities
- ○ Reporting to the HR Manager, you will primarily be involved in the day to day operations of HR and Administrative functions
- ○ Conducting staff on-boarding and off-boarding processes, along with documentation.
- ○ Assist in collecting and analysing staff training needs – develop, coordinate and administer training plans and activities.
- ○ Be attentive to staff queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures.
- ○ Assist in managing company events and employee programmes
- ○ Assist in the implementation and monitoring of company policies, standard operating procedures, rules and regulations, and compliance.
- ○ To assist in boosting employee engagement, staff welfare, and promoting a positive company culture.
- ○ Support and execute ad-hoc requests from other departments
- ○ Execution of general administrative operations and general office affairs. Prepare correspondence, forms and reports, arrange meetings, document processing and filing.

Job Summary
Be a key member in assisting in R&D projects which cover design, prototyping, testing and production trials. This role involves providing full support to the R&D Team in carrying out the timely completion of projects. On top of supporting R&D, this position also involves in supporting other departments where necessary.

- ○ Possess a minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field, or equivalent knowledge level.

- ○ Able to do 2D and 3D drawings using the relevant software.
- ○ Computer literate and competency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
- ○ Reporting to the R&D Manager you will primarily be involved in the design and development of new products
- ○ Ensure all projects undertaken, coordinated, overseen or participated in by the department are efficiency and effectively completed
- ○ Possess ability to manage workload and meet specified deadlines
- ○ Oversee the prototyping process, coordinating with other departments
- ○ Arrange product testing with relevant departments and vendors
- ○ Weekly Reporting on project progression to the R&D Manager
- ○ Support ad-hoc R&D requests from other departments
- ○ Liaise with key members of other departments to set up the necessary documentation for the setting up of new products or production line processes.
- ○ Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Energy SOP.
- ○ Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor as and when required.
