What is the return policy?

Unfortunately we do not accept refunds and exchanges. We strongly advise customers to carefully check the dimensions and weight of the products before making their purchase.

What if I received a damaged/ defective safe?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged/ defective safe, kindly email us at info@moemsafe.com so we can personally assist you. Please include your Order Number and invoice. must be done within 14 days starting from the day the Goods are dispatched to you.
