Moem Safe offer FREE SHIPPING within the Klang Valley only*.

Shipping fee applies for areas outside Klang Valley within Peninsular Malaysia & East Malaysia.

• Shipping includes Ground Floor/ Lift Handling. In some location door to door delivery is only available
• Shipping does not include installation.
• Moem reserves the right to cancel order

Desire safe location & path way to be cleared. Moem will not be responsible for any damages caused by delivery.

• FREE handling charges if customer site is in Ground Floor.
• FREE handling charges if lifts are available in the building.
• Handling charges applies for 1st floor and above. Price varies depending on safe models.
• Handling availability is subject to location and site condition.
• We do not provide handling for East Malaysia.

• Bolting Service only available for West Malaysia.
• Installation availability is subject to location. Please contact us to check if bolting service is available for location.
• Bolting charges varies depending on safe models.
• Currently we do not provide installation for East Malaysia.
• Moem Safe reserves the rights to refuse installation if site condition is not suitable for installation.

• What type of surface will the safe be sitting on? (eg. Concencrete, wood?)
• Any cabling or piping under desire bolting location?
• Surface of installation maybe damaged.

East Malaysia shipment is only available for safes below 100kg at the moment. For safes above 100kg please contact us.

Shipping is only available for shipment within 5km radius of major city.

We do not provide handling and installation for East Malaysia.

At this point of time, international shipment is not available. To find our nearest dealer in your country, please contact us.

Subject to availability/ delivery location we are able to delivery on Saturday. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Public Holidays. Please do check with our friendly customer service team.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process your request to cancel an order once the order has been dispatched.

For stocked products, it will take 2-3 days business day to dispatch your order.

For pre-order products, please refer to the pre-order lead time on the respective product.

There can be the occasional shipping delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time. Our customer service team will contact you directly either by phone or email to arrange for delivery.

Delivery to the non major city may experience longer shipping time.

Delivery to the following states may experience longer shipping time:

• Kedah
• Perlis
• Terengganu
• Kelantan
• Langkawi

Force Majeure – In an unfortunate event such as war, war like operation, acts of God, riot, strike, sabotage or other labour disturbances, epidemics, floods, earthquake, typhoon, pandemic, embargoes, shortage or failure in supply of raw materials from then contemplated source of supply, law or regulation, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control, shipping may be delayed.

An email for confirmation of dispatch will be sent to you which may include information to track your order delivery. If you do not receive one, kindly email info@moemsafe.com . All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure the address specified by you during the order process is attended during business hours.

Safes above 30kgs will be delivered by our own approved transporter/ installer. Depending on your location and type of safe Moem Safe reserve the rights to use approved third party delivery provider.
